Demi-dry rosés are rare, and that's a shame when you taste this one. The brilliant garnet-red color and fine bubbles are an invitation to taste. On the nose, the macerated red fruit flavors are clean, fluid and delicious. On the palate, the sugar (33 g/l) is well blended and does not hinder the freshness of the finish. An interesting version of the house rosé in demi-sec, which offers a real complement to the range and can be paired with a few strawberries at the end of the afternoon.
