A delicate yet playful champagne, carried by freshness and sunny aromas. The nose combines yellow fruit, fine toast and a touch of sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is frank, the bubbles dazzling, the fruit juicy: peach, clementine, toasted cereal. The well-mixed dosage gives roundness. The slightly bitter finish is long and refreshing. An ideal cuvée for a convivial aperitif.

Raymond Père & Fils

While Aurélien and Stéphanie devote 2.3 hectares to producing two organic vintages under the name Aurélien Raymond, they haven’t forgotten the family’s 9-hectare estate, which is dominated by Meunier grapes from the Marne Valley—particularly in the town of Troissy. While Meunier plays a major role in the cuvées, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Troissy and Mareuil-le-Port also make their mark, particularly in the “Le Haut du Panier” cuvée. This cuvée is part of a range vinified at the La Ruche cooperative but blended in the presence of the entire Raymond family, who always have the final say.
