The acidic intensity of lemon juice is expressed from the very first notes, enhanced by more citrusy aromas of eucalyptus and verbena, and the fruitiness of white peach and redcurrant. In a very creamy texture, where the bubbles play with the palate, smoothness dominates. There's no aggressiveness here, the yellow lemon and candied clementine offer their best facet, and the tension just reminds us in the finish, on pretty salivating bitters and a chalky side.
