The foam is abundant when served in the glass. The fine bubbles and discreet nose give way to a sapid, gourmet palate. We savor the richness of the grapes from the blend's three harvests (2015, 2014 and 2013) and the Louvois terroir. A grand cru cuvée at less than 15 euros, not to be missed. Share with friends as an aperitif with chalky cheeses (chaource, langres).
