Gault&Millau's review
2020
88/100
This champagne is made from the 2015 harvest, with a perpetual reserve from the last 30 years. The nose is expressive, with notes of candied citrus fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with fatness and a dense, creamy mousse. An unctuous cuvée whose chewiness makes it ideal with creamy sauces such as blanquette de veau à l'ancienne.
