This 2012, with its equal blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, is a fine promise. The nose is delicate and subtle, powdered with hints of pastry. On the palate, the attack is frank and somewhat lively, with beautiful bitters that gradually melt away. Ideal as an aperitif or with frogs' legs and watercress mousseline.
