A dark carmine color lends charisma to this rosé de saignée. The complex nose expresses a myriad of kirsch red fruits, pink praline and cocoa nibs. The palate pursues a racy, chantilly chew, where majestic tannins make an audience. The very light dosage is well integrated. A champagne to discover with a Morello cherry green collar.

In 1944, Pierre Bertrand took over the reins of the business created by Louis Dupont, who was a member of the Resistance and deported during the Second World War, never to return. Accompanied by Louis Dupont's son, Pierre Bertrand set up his own vineyard. Together, they expanded the estate and rebuilt the 200-year-old cellars. Since 2010, his grandson, Bertrand, has continued the adventure.
