Pertois-Lebrun
At Maison Pertois-Lebrun, Clément and Antoine produce champagnes made exclusively from Chardonnays planted on 9.7 hectares of the Côte des Blancs and classified as Grand Cru, spread over 44 parcels that have been certified organic since 2023. Depending on the wines, they are aged for nine months in stainless steel, concrete, sandstone or oak barrels, without filtering or fining so as not to strip the wines of their clothing. Cellaring lasts between four and eight years. Their cuvées are distinguished by their freshness and finesse, combined with a beautiful maturity.
