Gault&Millau's review
Run by brothers Clément and Antoine, the Pertois-Lebrun estate makes champagnes from only Chardonnay planted on 9.7 hectares in the Côte des Blancs and classified mainly Grand Cru; certain plots are grown according to biodynamic principles (mechanical tillage to replace herbicides or use of aromatherapy). Their cuvées incarnate freshness and finesse combined with a beautiful maturity of the grapes.
