The grapes come from a plot of old vines in the Chouilly grand cru. A quarter of the harvest was vinified in barrels, bringing structure and vinosity to this cuvée, whose delicate smoky, peaty notes blend with the lemony freshness typical of the grape variety. Its fine bitters make it a perfect match for roast Breton lobster with semi-salted butter.
