A parcel of old Chouilly vines vinified in vats. The extra-fine bubbles precede a pleasantly evolved nose, expressing notes of sweet spices (turmeric) and lime blossom. On the palate, the wine delicately coats the palate with zesty (pomelo, citron) and chalky notes. Tasted last year, this cuvée has not aged a bit, and would be ideal with a sweetbread meunière.
