Paul Déthune
Remarkably located on the Ambonnay grand cru in the Reims mountains, the Paul Déthune house, now represented by Pierre Déthune, produces characterful champagnes on 7 hectares of land, aged in champagne barrels and oak casks. Aging takes place in beautiful chalk cellars. The house is proud of its use of organic soil improvers, as well as its zero pesticide and insecticide policy. Certified viticulture durable en Champagne (VDC) and haute valeur environnementale (HVE), the estate has launched its organic conversion and has been certified since October 2022. Private tours available by appointment (press, winery, cellars, vineyard work and tasting).
