Freshness is perfectly maintained, counterbalancing the smooth texture. A fine cuvée to open at the table with poultry or mushroom risotto.

At the southernmost tip of the Champagne vineyards, in the Aube department, Frédéric Manchin inherited a fine heritage of Côte des Bar vines from his father Pascal. On the terroir of Les Riceys, the estate logically gives pride of place to Pinot Noir, and is particularly famous for its Cuvée Obenoir, a richly-flavored blanc de noirs, both delicious and fresh. A discovery made during the 70th anniversary of the Rosé des Riceys appellation.
