Initially warm with notes of vanilla, hot stone, mirabelle plum and fresh grapes, this 2015 edition offers an iodine and marine side with incredible clarity and purity after aeration. The wine is splendid on the palate. Power, length, finesse, vibration - it is all there. A great champagne to taste with an oven roasted Breton lobster in salted butter.
