Olivier Père & Fils
The history of the estate began in the 1910s, with the great-grandfather cultivating just 1.5 ha. Today, the 20 hectares in production on some twenty parcels on the slopes of Trélou-sur-Marne with its clay-limestone subsoil enable us to cultivate the three main Champagne grape varieties (pinot meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir) to produce a complete range of wines. An independent winegrower, the domaine vinifies only its own grapes. As is often the case in this sector, the wines are matured for long periods in the cellar, and display clean, intense fruitiness. The domaine is open weekdays and weekends by appointment only.
