A wine mastered and improved by time, offering a mouthful of texture, full and energetic, with a fine final acidity that brings a pleasant freshness. Aromas of hazelnut and almond give it a certain nobility. The nose reveals sweet spices, licorice and delicate notes of lime blossom and chamomile, accompanied by citrus and white peach. The bubbles are present, the texture light, with a finish of citrus, mint and peach.

Octave Goussard

The genealogy of the Goussard family and its various branches traces a long history of winegrowing. In 1989, Didier Goussard, who also owned the estate, joined forces with his family to create Val de Sarce. Since 2007, with the arrival of a new generation, each of the partners has wished to create their own brand and develop it independently. In 2023, Didier Goussard wanted to clarify the offer by creating the Octave Goussard brand, dedicated to certified organic cuvées.
