Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The winegrowers of the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, associated under the Nuiton-Beaunoy blazon, work a wide range of Côte-d'Or climats, in regional appellations, villages, premiers crus and grands crus. Since 1957, this cooperative winery has brought together a large number of winemakers who work in an environmentally-friendly manner. In 2020, they were awarded the "Vignerons Développement Durable" label. Together with the Vignerons des Terres Secrètes winery in the Mâconnais region, they have created Cerço, a 100% organic range.
