Gault&Millau's review
The Jaury family was already cultivating plots of vines when Roland Moyat moved to Polisy to live with his great-uncles and great-aunts, who later adopted him, hence the composite name Moyat-Jaury. Claudie, Roland's daughter, settled on the estate and developed the winegrowing business. With the arrival of Laurent Guilbaud, winemaking and marketing finally took center stage. The range is narrowed down to five cuvées. The domaine offers a self-catering cottage to discover the estate and the region.
