Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
What was known as Corinne Moutard Champagne until 2022 is now called Moutard*Dangin Champagne. This is a way to involve the children in the estate’s history: Camille, who designs the company’s branding, and Arnaud, who manages production and sales. All of this takes place under the watchful eye of Corinne Moutard and Christophe Dangin, who are carrying on the work of several generations who have called Polisy in the Côte des Bar home. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay dominate the vineyard, but Pinot Blanc also has its place, appearing in a Blanc de Blancs blended with Chardonnay or as a single-varietal wine from a single plot.
