Gault&Millau's review
Situated between Reims and Épernay, on the Reims mountain, the vines of this independent estate are at the heart of the Champagne wine region. The Minard family works with the three Champagne grape varieties, enabling them to explore a multitude of blends in the creation of their champagnes, giving each a unique expression and typicity. As for the girls, the saga begins with Audrey, who traded in her nurse's smock to become the house's first female farm manager, joining her husband Richard. Between them, they have created a brand that pays tribute to the new generation: their daughters, Léanne and Abigaël, and their nieces, Ondine and Eléonore.
