Champagne Michel Furdyna has been practicing sustainable viticulture for many years, with a combined respect for nature, tradition and modernity. This independent winemaker, based in Celles-sur-Ource, is regularly awarded for his cuvées with unique personality. A nice nod to this family who are passionate and love to work hard, was evidenced by their vintage 2004, one of the revelations of this guide last year.
