Champagne Maxime Blin is a family-owned estate located in Trigny, in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry. Drawing exclusively from the sandy terroir of this wine-growing region, the estate produces single-vineyard cuvées that showcase the distinctive character of Trigny. Maxime and Claire craft their champagnes using fermentation in stainless steel tanks, barrels, large oak casks, and porcelain eggs. As grower-producers, they cultivate 13 hectares, slightly more than half of which is planted with Pinot Noir on a historic Meunier terroir.
