Gault&Millau's review
2024
88/100
The nose is still shy, with scents of gunflint, vine peach and orange. On the palate, the attack is smooth and the wine still discreet. The aromas of orange, fruit and zest are still present, giving a lively finish.

Mas Sainte-Berthe
Family-owned since 1950, Mas Sainte-Berthe lies at the foot of the Baux-de-Provence rock. The vines are planted on stony soils amidst garrigue and olive trees, warmed by the sun and buffeted by the mistral wind. Olivier Rolland decided to go organic, and the estate was certified in 2023. This means that the Baux-de-Provence PDO is now entirely organic.
