Mas Combarèla was created in 2016 by neo-winemaker Olivier Faucon. The estate comprises 12 hectares on clay-limestone terroirs and only AOP terrasses-du-larzac. The vineyard is certified organic and yields are deliberately low (25 hl/ha).
