Gault&Millau's review
Founded in 1961 in Gevrey-Chambertin by Jean-Claude and Claudine Boisset, the company is now based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is part of a group of just over thirty brands. Their children, Nathalie and Jean-Charles Boisset, now run the family estate. In the building of the former 17th-century Ursuline convent, Grégory Patriat, the cellar master, vinifies a collection of some forty cuvées from many of Burgundy's most famous appellations. The red wines are vinified without sulfur.
