Gault&Millau's review
This 11-hectare estate, 10.5 ha of which are in production, was founded in 1946 by Francis Auvigue. It is now the responsibility of the grandson, Sylvain Brenas-Auvigue, to perpetuate the family history. The estate is run according to the principles of organic farming, under the watchful eye of vineyard manager Clémence Perrachon. The wines are vinified inside the old church in the village of Fuissé. Unique and astonishing!
