Gault&Millau's review
Jean-Baptiste Granier created Les Vignes Oubliées in 2008 in the vineyards of the terrasses-du-larzac, in the commune of Saint-Privat. The grapes come from a group of farmers who naturally work small plots in the Larzac foothills. This négociant-winemaker enables the high terraces to be recultivated and the old vines to be preserved. Previously, the wines were vinified by Olivier Jullien at Mas Jullien. Jean-Baptiste now has his own winery in Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière.
