Gault&Millau's review
Les Chemins de Carabote is a 10-hectare estate created by Jean-Yves Chaperon and Nicole Michel in 2005. Located in Saint-André-de-Sangonis in the Hérault region, the vines are planted on stony terroirs of rolled pebbles. Jean-Yves and Nicole produce organic wines in the terrasses-du-larzac appellation and IGP mont-baudile.
