This cuvée, made exclusively from Montagne de Reims premier cru chardonnay grapes, boasts a brilliant gold color, enhanced by numerous fine bubbles. The nose is an invitation to adventure: discover complex aromas of white fruit, candied citrus and white flowers. Driven by a low dosage, the attack on the palate is frank, lively and mineral. The palate is clean, lively and mineral, with an evenly chewy, chalky tone of yellow lemon zest. Ideal as an aperitif or with a carpaccio of sea bream.

It operates 14 hectares on the Montagne de Reims with grand crus in Verzy and Verzenay, and premier crus in Billy-le-Grand, Vaudemange and Villers. The harvest crop is bought by Champagne Chandon who vinifies it and the cuvées are then produced in consultation.
