Dense, creamy mousse, revealing a white-gold color and fine, rapid bubbles in the glass. The nose is brioche-like, with aromas of mirabelle plum, pomelo, white pepper and zest on aeration. Nice volume on the palate, with a fine balance between fruity substance and fine, incisive bubbles. The impression is suave, although the finish is more mineral, confirming the low dosage. A champagne to be served as an aperitif or with warm oysters.
