Red wine with a ruby-red color tending towards garnet as it evolves, with orange highlights. The nose reveals aromas of ripe, even jammy red fruit (cherry, strawberry, raspberry). With aeration, smoky and licorice notes are added. Smooth and velvety on the palate, with red fruit flavors. The tannins are still present and stick to the tongue, leaving a peppery, licorice-like impression on the finish. A lovely wine to accompany roast white meat with chanterelle mushrooms.
