Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Béatrice and Sébastien Fillon settled in Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière in 2006. Located at the foot of the Larzac plateau, the 15 hectares of vines are organically farmed and planted on a mosaic of soils. Each cuvée is made by locality, according to its soil - schist, sandstone, pebble or ruffe.
