The first bubbles reveal a golden color under which fruity aromas of summer pear, white peach and bergamot are enveloped in a pleasant creaminess. The palate is round and suave, animated by a tangy structure that awakens very fine bubbles. The slight bitterness on the finish energizes the taste buds.

Le Brun de Neuville
Le Brun de Neuville is located in Bethon, in the Sézannais region, a few kilometers from Villenauxe-la-Grande. Here, the king grape variety is Chardonnay, as in the illustrious Côte des Blancs. Less renowned, Sézannais nonetheless produces very fine grapes that reveal slightly more exotic aromas, with hints of pineapple and mango. Brun de Neuville is the brand name of the Bethon cooperative winery, which today groups together 170 winegrowers and 150 ha of vines. Often referred to as "the little winery on the rise", this cooperative produces fine cuvées that all wait at least four years before going on sale. A cellar to follow closely for its well-crafted cuvées.
