Le Brun de Neuville is located in Bethon, a few kilometers from Villenauxe-la-Grande. Here, Chardonnay is the dominant grape variety—just as it is in the renowned Côte des Blancs—and thrives on the limestone slopes of the Sézannais region. Le Brun de Neuville is the brand of the Bethon wine cooperative, founded in 1963, which today brings together 170 winegrowers cultivating 162 hectares of vineyards; Roman Vaz is its new head winemaker. This cooperative produces fine wines, all of which are aged for at least four years before being released for sale. Their Autolyse line is aged for up to 14 years.
