Larnaudie-Hirault
Based in Trois-Puits, a premier cru village on the Montagne de Reims, this family-run business produces a range of expressive champagnes. Thanks to the know-how passed on by previous generations, each new generation has made its own mark, whether in the way it works the vines, masters the winemaking process or sets out to conquer new markets. After three years of conversion (and more than ten years of eco-responsibility and HVE3 and VDC certification), the estate will produce its first certified organic harvest in 2023. This year, Larnaudie-Hiroult also launched its first parcel-based cuvée, "La Parcelle de la Croix", made from a single year (2016) and a single grape variety, Chardonnay. Other plot-based vintages are waiting in the cellar...
