Fresh vegetal notes evoke freshly cut grass; a bouquet of country flowers underlines the delicacy and complexity of the nose. The palate is gently sweet, reminiscent of ripe fruit. A little acidity is lacking for perfect balance, but this champagne will be perfect for gastronomy.
