Gault&Millau's review
The brand was born from the meeting of two winemakers, Vincent Métivier and Luc Chaudron, associated with Frédéric Papelard, friend and future ambassador of the brand. Vincent elaborates his juices in the Marne valley, mainly with Pinot Meunier, while Luc, owner of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards on the Reims mountain, contributes his modern production equipment for bottle dressing. The 49 ha of vineyards produce a wide range of champagnes, which can also be tasted in their Paris showroom by appointment. A little anecdote: Frédéric Papelard is the inventor of the champagne machine gun, which he successfully markets. A young, modern brand.
