A superb single parcel cuvée made from Pinot Noir vines facing south on rare sandy soils. Notes of dried fruits dominate the nose, before menthol and mirabelle notes appear with lovely complexity. On the palate, the wood still dominates the wine a little, but the balance is there and the finesse of the whole invites it the table to share with a thick white fish.
