Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Joseph and Marie de Maistre set up in 2020, taking over the Domaine de Reuilly - which covers 24 hectares in the Reuilly appellation - and the Domaine du Prieuré de Saint-Céols, 12 hectares in the Menetou-Salon PDO. The vines are all cultivated organically, and some biodynamically. Interventions in the vineyard and cellar are kept to a minimum, allowing the terroir to express itself - the famous Kimmeridgian marls of the Centre-Loire region.
