An almost blanc de blancs cuvée, rounded out with 8% pinot noir. The blend is made up of the 2016 harvest and a third of wine from a solera, giving this cuvée depth and richness. The palate reflects the terroir of the Butte de Montgueux, with its very Chablisian limestone notes. An aperitif champagne with chiselled bubbles, at a very competitive price.
