This is the very first bottling for this young winemaker, who offers a champagne with an open nose of dominant Pinot Meunier aromas (apple, pear). On the palate, the wine has good vibrancy and fine bubbles. The champagne is quite powerful on the mid-palate, and the fine bitters on the finish invite us to sit down at the table with white fish or poultry.
