Discover the winery
Jean Servagnat
This young estate is located in Coulommes-la-Montagne, on the Reims mountain, just next to Vrigny. Pinot Meunier is the main grape variety grown here. The vineyard and winery have been certified organic since 2023. Vegetable cover is currently being tested. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts, in vats and wood, depending on the juice. The estate is very pragmatic, filtering wines according to need. Its champagnes are not dosed, if at all, and the quantities of sulfur added are minimal. A real Gault&Millau discovery that we're happy to share with you.
