The family estate is located in Bethon in the Sézannais region. Johan, an oenologist, has been making the blends for 16 years, and recently took over the entire domaine after vinifying for others. Working on 3 distinct terroirs, the cuvées express themselves either as a function of a sector, or as a blend of these.
