From the 2015 vintage alone, this cuvée succeeds 2013. The nose is still a little tight, but fine floral notes come through nicely. On the palate, the grape is perfectly respected and the wine has a clean, distinct fruitiness. A zesty finish. A champagne to open as an aperitif or with shellfish.
