A lovely 2014 vintage with a golden robe and brown reflections. The vinous nose offers an aromatic palette both gourmet and complex, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits and spices. Crunchy bubbles and a tonic vinous mousse precede the vinous palate, spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. Pair with roasted langoustines.
