Hervé Brisson
This family estate is located in the Petit Morin valley. Created by Hervé Brisson's grandfather, the estate covers just over 3 hectares, the vast majority planted with Chardonnay. The oldest parcel was planted in 1952, and the average age of the vines is over 40 years. In his quest for the best grape quality, Hervé Brisson has been running his vineyard organically since 2016, and favors methods based on living organisms, whether by studying the soil, plants or insects, or by planting soil-decompacting plant species and hedges to help insects and birds. This respect for nature and patience is reflected in the cellar, where the wines are aged for long periods, both in wood and in stoneware jars.
