H. Baty
Champagne H.baty was founded in 1970 by Lucien Baty in Bassuet, on the Vitry hillsides. Taken over in 1980 by his son Hugues, it took on its official name in 2010, following a partnership with Romain Prieur, his son-in-law. The family estate cultivates 3.70 hectares of sustainable viticulture, with 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Meunier, and offers wines aged a minimum of 4 years in the cellar. Open all year round by appointment, it welcomes tasters in a friendly atmosphere.
