This onion-peel rosé from Les Riceys has aromas of spicy red fruits. Strawberry, ripe black cherry and dried orange zest give way to a strong pastry note. On the palate, it's full-bodied, racy and generous, revealing an uninhibited chewiness with a dosage of 8.5 g/l. Try it with fillet of beef, pomme Sarladaise, or a strawberry dish.
