The nose is full-bodied and racy, with aromas of stewed yellow fruit. Then comes a touch of chamomile combined with a gourmet note of butter. Pinot Noir also dominates the palate, distilling notes of sun-drenched red berries. The bubbles are lively and the touch tangy. A very pleasant champagne.
