A very light color, revealing a slightly woody, vegetal nose of humus, green wood and flower stems. Hints of curry paste follow. The attack on the palate is quite subtle, as is the texture. The bubbles are discreet, and the finish is lively, bringing balance and light to the champagne.

Gondé Rousseaux

Édith Rousseaux and Didier Gondé created the Gondé-Rousseaux domaine in 1976. Located in Taissy, a premier cru village. Since 2013, the estate has been run by Florian Gondé. He cultivates several parcels grouped together on a single site, "le Haut des Roncières", covering an area of 3.5 ha. Convinced of the ecological value of the terroir, he has gradually eliminated chemical inputs, moving towards biodynamic viticulture, certified Demeter in 2023, with an organic vintage from 2022.
