Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Exactly 40 years ago, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet—both from families of Champagne winemakers—founded their own winery. They have since been joined by their son Charles and their daughter Anne-Sophie. Initially focused on Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the estate—which now spans 15 hectares—has expanded over the years to include vineyards in Cuis (Premier Cru) as well as Chouilly, Oiry, and Oger. The completion of a brand-new winemaking facility in 2024 will allow these different crus—and even specific lieux-dits—to be vinified separately.
