Gault&Millau's review
The estate produced its first bottles in 1986, the fruit of the labors of Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet, both from Champagne winemaking families. They were joined in 2012 by their son Charles and in 2020 by their daughter Anne-Sophie. The vineyard has gradually grown from 5 to 13.5 ha, located in the grand crus of the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly, Cramant, Oiry, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger), with the pinot noir and pinot meunier coming from established vineyards in the Marne valley. The crus and plots are vinified separately, and Chardonnay dominates the grape varieties.
